Dancing in Albuquerque

This week everyone has been happy to take dance classes at the University of New Mexico, where we are performing tonight and tomorrow at the Arts Lab. Pauline has been teaching technique and choreography classes (see photo below). Week 3 of the tour has also required a little body maintenance between class and rehearsals, with much rolling out of muscles, massage & myofascial work, and some well-deserved time in the hot tub.
